• Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts should be mainly original research in the field of Library and Information Science. Manuscripts submitted should not have been sent to another journal for publication or published elsewhere. Either the US or UK spelling style is acceptable so long as it is consistent within the manuscript. Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft word format, single-spaced, with pages numbered consecutively. Texts should appear in 12-point Times New Roman.

Contributor(s) should submit the full length manuscript the author(s) affiliation and biography. All submissions and correspondences should be addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Felicia E. Etim, University of Uyo, at nlaaks@ijlis.org.ng.  Manuscripts are to be submitted by e-mail file attachment.

Referencing: APA (7th Edition)

Peer Review Policy: All Manuscripts submitted to the Ibom Journal of Library and Information Science will undergo rigorous editorial screening and double-blind peer review.

Publication: The Ibom Journal of Library and Information Science publishes twice a year-June and December. Each contributor of a published edition is entitled to an electronic PDF copy of the editorial content of the issue in which their article appears and their published article.

Publisher: Ibom Journal of Library and Information Science is published by the Nigerian Library Association, Akwa Ibom State Chapter.

Payments: N25,000.00 for Nigerians and 25 dollars for international contributors
